If you are unhappy about our services please follow the following complaints procedure in order to recify any issues you may have.
- If you have any issue with our services or products please contact us within 28 days of receiving the service our company provided
- Please provide supporting evidence of the issue in question, to give us an opportunity to put things right
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to investigate your concerns
- Once our investgations have been completed, we will contact you to discuss all options moving forward.
